Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and promotional activities. Communicate with attendees, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations. Prepare event materials, signage, and informational resources. Track event details and maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with on-site event support and attendee engagement. Coordinate administrative tasks related to event planning and execution. Monitor timelines and help ensure event objectives are met. Provide excellent customer service to event participants and guests. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Professional and positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or similar software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
