The Event Captain is a crucial part of our Operations Team - serving as the primary liaison between the client, the Event Sales Team, and the Front of House staff during events. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every event - from setup through breakdown - is executed seamlessly, while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead event staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain clear communication across all departments to ensure each event aligns with the client’s vision and Lawn Club’s high standards. · Communicate any unresolved needs or feedback to the Events and Operations Teams · Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple departments in real time
