Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate internal events, with a strong focus on venue operations and ensuring rooms are properly prepared and functioning. • Partner closely with the Event Planning team to support event objectives and translate plans into room setups, timing, and logistical execution. • Oversee room readiness—including lighting, layout, seating, A/V, staging, and back-of-house logistics—to ensure spaces meet event requirements and corporate standards. • Coordinate with internal Catering, Facilities, IT/AV Support, and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery of food & beverage service, technical support, and onsite logistics. • 3-5+ years of experience in corporate events, hospitality services, or venue operations within a large or complex organization.
