Position Summary ... At the direction of the Senior Manager of Programming and Events, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of various aspects of the ESPN Events basketball scheduling and supervision, as assigned. Responsibilities : • Issue and track the status of contracts for teams to participate in ESPN Events basketball tournaments and neutral site games • Create and distribute various materials in support of the administration of ESPN’s basketball events • Administer post-event surveys to participating teams and develop a report to summarize the results • Support team scheduling efforts • Other duties, as assigned Preferred Qualifications : • Two years of experience in a sport- or event-related capacity including a college basketball program, athletic department or conference office • Experience in and an understanding of event operations Last updated : 2024-06-11
