The coordinator is a key position to assist in driving the business in the Food & Beverage outlets at Aman New York. This position has an annual compensation of $65,000. • Provide support for Director’s daily tasks by aiding with event management & planning details from initial lead to event close out. • Client Engagement & Administrative Tasks • Monitor & respond within 24 hours to initial leads, calls and voicemails; answer questions by providing basic knowledge of each outlet • Follow-up on leads and transition to Events team based on guest questions & level of interest • Assist in gathering information on each event, collecting menus & updating Tripleseat, creating BEO’s & agreements • Support with recordkeeping and detailed note taking during scheduled meetings • Ability to build true and deep human connections • Passion for delivering the best possible service and evidences creating outstanding memories for others • Support & take notes on specified calls, site visits and internal meetings • Schedule calls to review client’s vision (prospect, new and loyal accounts) • Support Event Manager with recordkeeping and detailed note taking • Maintain, update and implement all sales collateral • Communication & Team Work • Work as part of the F&B sales team to meet monthly revenue goals • Exceptional communication internally and externally in a clear, concise, logical manner • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills • Attendence & participation in weekly sales meetings • Demonstrate creativity and curiosity which positively impacts the business • Sets challenging goals for oneself • Site Visits & Meetings: • Schedule meetings • Site visits with clients & vendors • Internal BEO meetings • Tripleseat Organization: • Basic knowledge of Tripleseat use & organization • Lead clean up • Conduct weekly reporting in collaboration with Event Manager • Maintain & organize all meeting & call notes with Event Manager • Event Day: • Participate in event execution as client liason day of • Events of 30 or less • Larger events in collaboration with Events team • Positive, engaging, and energetic personality • Must be personable with guests and be able to anticipate their needs.
