Event Coordinator- External Conferences

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for corporate event planning who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in the industry. You will also work in tandem with the marketing team to promote events through various channels including social media and direct marketing campaigns, while managing RSVP lists and ensuring brand consistency through swag and promotional materials. On-site event management responsibilities include overseeing setup, troubleshooting issues in real-time, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 0-2 years’ experience in event planning, meeting planning, and/or marketing Strong project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to build and maintain vendor and internal team relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination Based in Indianapolis, Indiana OysterLink supports restaurant and hospitality hiring.
