The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details. You demonstrate good decision-making skills and can communicate effectively with guests, Sales Team and Management Team. You can clearly verbalize guests needs to Operations and other Team Members. Provide administrative support to the Sales Department including follow up on calls / emails / tasks with Event Host after the sale is closed won, communicating to Operations any changes to BEOs or updated signed contracts.
