The Catering Supervisor role at Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo is an opportunity to be part of a team that supports the zoo’s mission through excellence in food and beverage service for special events. The primary responsibility in this position is to ensure service delivery aligns perfectly with Banquet Event Orders (BEO), coordinating efficiently with the Catering Sales team to ensure flawless event execution. This role requires agility in managing multi-tasking scenarios in a fast-paced environment where event schedules may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
