As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are the trusted partner for employees planning meetings and events within McDonald’s Conference Center and Hamburger University. Manage inbound facility service requests and customer calls through the Facility Services PortalPhone and email coverage is required 7:30am – 4:30 daily M-FAccurately document, track, and manage customer issues within Workplace Solutions platformsCoordinate vendor services and schedule appropriate resources to resolve service requestsRaise complex or urgent issues to the appropriate Workplace Solutions functional teamsProvide technical support and guidance for Workplace Solutions systems and tools, including:Room Finder and Facility portalsResolve issues requiring advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving skillsDevelop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with:Team members – highly dependent on the success of this teamWorkplace Solutions functional teamsMcDonald’s Headquarters (MHQ) employeesRegional and Divisional partnersExternal Workplace Solutions vendorsSupport departmental priorities by assisting with special projects and additional responsibilities driven by business and organizational needsQualificationsPreferred 2 plus years of experience in event booking, coordination, or a related hospitality or service‑focused roleHospitality degree is preferred, or a combination of college coursework and relevant professional experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organizationHighly team‑oriented, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic, fast‑paced environmentDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProven ability to manage demanding situations and customers with professionalism, poise, and a calm demeanorAt times a flexible schedule is required to ensure adequate coverageThis is an onsite role at MHQ with possible opportunities to work remotely after 3-6 monthsWhy This Role MattersThis position directly shapes the employee and guest experience across McDonald’s workplace environments.
