Event Supervisor

Event Supervisor (Part-Time) Under the direction of the Senior Event Manager, the part-time Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing events at the Coliseum and Expo Center, mainly the Expo Conference Center and meeting rooms. Manage on‑site client interactions during private events. Assist Event Managers in developing detailed room diagrams and event information sheets, ensuring compliance with building fire codes. Work an irregular schedule as required and act as Manager on Duty for assigned events. Use computer technology for customer relationships and event management.
