Events Assistant

We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and delivery of a wide variety of events — from professional networking evenings and product launches to internal staff functions and community-led projects. What We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of experience levels, but we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A high level of organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Comfortable working on-site at events, often on your feet and under pressure • Flexibility with hours and occasional travel, depending on the nature of the event • Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is desirable • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project tools like Trello/Asana is a bonus What You’ll Gain • A chance to be involved in exciting and varied events throughout the year • Support and development from a collaborative and experienced team • Hands-on experience in all aspects of event delivery • Opportunities to grow into more senior or specialised roles in the events or operations space Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
