To provide efficient and accurate administrative and coordinator support for event planning functions in support of property sales leaders. • Ensure all site inspections and client visits to the hotel are successful by planning and communicating accurate details in advance to all departments. • Coordinate and verify all aspects of conferences to include but not limited to food and beverage, banquet set-up, room requirements such as: lighting, temperature, AV equipment and internet, entertainment and leisure activities, billing, dcor and other duties to meet client expectations and hotel standards. • Ensure banquet event orders are accurate and provide all relevant information to departments in a timely manner. • Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.
