Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and drive the growth of the events business, developing a clear vision and strategy for event programming that aligns with the organization’s goals and mission. • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a small but growing team, including an Events Producer and Events Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure professional development opportunities to help the team grow and succeed. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience managing large-scale events, both in-person and digital, with a demonstrated ability to drive successful outcomes.
