• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet both financial and organizational objectives. • Manage and mentor a small but growing team, including an Events Producer and Events Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Strong understanding of the local Maine events landscape, with knowledge of key venues, businesses, and community leaders. • Experience in event marketing, sponsorship acquisition, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Nice-to-haves • Experience in event management or a related field; working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus.
