Destination Management is seeking an Events & Operations professional to support the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of corporate events and meetings within the hospitality and travel industry. You will collaborate closely with internal account managers, creative teams, and vendors to translate client objectives into detailed operational plans. The role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in destination management and large-scale corporate events, with exposure to complex programs, diverse client industries, and multiple U.S. markets. Research and coordinate with venues, transportation providers, décor companies, and other suppliers, ensuring alignment with budget and program requirements. Event logistics planning and coordination Corporate meeting and incentive travel operations Vendor sourcing and negotiation Budget tracking and basic cost management Event registration and guest management Transportation and lodging coordination Production schedule and timeline creation On-site event management and troubleshooting Client and stakeholder communication Event documentation (manifests, rooming lists, BEO review) Venue and destination research Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent or similar) Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) Time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and quality control Basic understanding of health, safety, and risk considerations for events Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) preferred CPCE (Certified Professional in Catering and Events) a plus CVENT or similar event management platform experience preferred Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits and on-site logistics
