Events Operations Specialist

About the Position We’re looking for an Events Operations Specialist to join our Workplace Services team to plan, coordinate, and run events in our in‑office conference center, including multi‑day programs. In this role, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, own logistics and budgets end‑to‑end, and be a steady on‑site presence to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll be responsible for creating detailed runs of show, floor plans, staffing plans, cue sheets, and logistics. You’ll coordinate across several teams, aligning timelines and communications and keeping stakeholders informed.
