External Event Communications Operations - OPS

The External Event Communications Operations - OPS is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of non-athletic external events hosted at University of North Florida Athletics facilities. Event Management & Operations • Serve as on-site event communications staff member for external events hosted in Athletics facilities • Coordinate pre-event planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and distribute event run-of-show documents The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations.
