Summary- Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Hospitality and Events Coordinator for our San Antonio Winery location in Los Angeles, CA. • Leverage hospitality expertise to develop a high-quality and satisfactory relationship with every guest • Receiving all events inquiries and conducting all correspondence with prospective and confirmed clients • Acting as a liaison between the client and the head staff to accurately communicate all pertinent details and information correlating to that event, ensuring all parties involved are clear on all event components • Delegate tasks to support staff and vendors as needed for each event, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities and event timelines.
