About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Lead Wedding Planner to manage clients and execute weddings under the One Night Event Planning brand. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and polished client communication.

This is ideal for someone who loves running wedding days but wants the support of an established brand and team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary planner and client point of contact
Lead planning meetings and manage client communication
Create and finalize timelines and vendor confirmations
Oversee rehearsal coordination
Lead wedding day execution from start to finish
Manage assistants and vendors professionally
Represent One Night Event Planning with excellence

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of wedding planning experience
Proven experience leading wedding days independently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Organized, proactive, and solution-focused
Reliable transportation and full weekend availability
