Live Events Coordinator

This position will report to the Live Events Manager. Primary Responsibilities • Assist Live Events manager with event preparation for all live events to include concerts, festivals, college football, international soccer, and other ticketed events. • Assist Live Events manager with overseeing the load-in and load-out of live events as well as the arrival and departure of equipment and staging for events. • Work with Live Events Manager and other department leads to coordinate scheduling for all event load-in/load-out, deliveries, and use of stadium spaces, and ensure all such events are recorded on the master calendar. Preferred Qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Momentus Elite, and Social Tables • Experience working with event promoters • Experience in an events or operations position in an arena or stadium with knowledge of executing major events • Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Entertainment Management, Event/Facility Management, or related fields.
