• Anticipated Start: April 2026 • Schedule: Monday to Friday, very occasional weekends and holidays • Work Location: Based in San Diego, CA. This position is primarily remote but requires in-person time for meetings, projects, and event preparation. • Travel: Some travel is required for on-site destination scouting and event management. • Compensation: This position is salaried, paid twice monthly. • Manage the RFP process, collecting comprehensive quotes for custom experiences, negotiating terms, and contract details.
