Meeting Event Coordinator

What You Will Do • Provide full meeting and event support across the Herald Square and JACX (Long Island City) corporate offices, traveling between both locations as needed to support operations, meetings, and events. • Oversee event logistics, including room setup, equipment needs, and internal team requests at both locations. Event & Meeting Operations: Ability to support end-to-end meeting and event execution, including room readiness, supplies, materials, and day-of coordination to ensure a seamless experience. Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect gift, streamlining operations in one of our distribution centers, enhancing our online shopping experience, buying in-style and on-trend merchandise to outfit our customers, or designing a balloon for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, we offer unique opportunities to be part of some of the most memorable moments in people’s lives.
