Meeting & Event Planner - NCAA Conference Center

Short's Travel Management is seeking an experienced Meeting & Event Planner to join their team at the NCAA Conference Center in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time position involves managing all aspects of NCAA meetings and events, including contracting, planning, executing, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure successful events. , • Build strong relationships with NCAA staff, in-house catering, audio-visual vendors, and hotel sales managers. , • Strong experience in hotel negotiations required.
