Description

QC Event Design is a boutique event design and destination management company based in Charlotte and Washington, DC, delivering high-end corporate events for clients with high expectations. Our NYC market is growing.

We're looking for a contract coordinator we can count on to represent us on the ground. This role is built for someone who takes ownership on site and catches the small details that make an event feel flawless.

What you'll do

You'll work alongside our team to support event execution across the New York area, including vendor coordination, transportation management, and general program support, with a focus on a smooth experience for our clients and their guests.

What you bring

·      Onsite event experience, with corporate event experience strongly preferred

·      Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of catching issues proactively

·      Organized, composed, and able to stay on top of timelines when plans change

·      Ability to represent QC professionally with clients, guests, and vendors

·      Clear, professional communication

·      Ability to work independently

·      Availability for programs that run weekdays, weekday evenings

Preferred candidates will also possess

·      Experience in a client-facing role serving high-end clientele

·      Familiarity with NYC venues and transport system
