Planner/Event Planner

An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to join the team on a temporary basis. You have 5+ years of event planning experience within a law firm, professional services, or other corporate environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Strong project management and organizational skills Experienced with event technology platforms such as Cvent or similar tools Plan and execute client-facing and internal events across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, registration, and attendee communications Manage event budgets, timelines, reporting, and post-event evaluations Support conferences, sponsorships, networking events, and educational programs Events are delivered smoothly and reflect a high standard of professionalism Events contribute to business development and relationship-building goals Pay Rate Range: $52-58 per hour, based on experience Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (Primarily remote, but requires on-site presence for events) To protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
