Private Event Manager

Sales & Business Development • Promote, sell, and maximize utilization of all private dining and event spaces within The Equestrian hotel outlets and The Equestrian Manor • Develop strong relationships with internal partners, local businesses, and community organizations • Drive outbound efforts, including prospecting, sales calls, networking events, and targeted campaigns • Prepare revenue forecasts and contribute to strategic business planning • Execute polished site tours and client presentations showcasing venue capabilities Leadership of Event Coordinator • The Private Event Manager will oversee a Private Event Coordinator responsible for: • Supporting lead management and initial inquiry follow-up • Conducting site visits and venue tours as delegated • Preparing event documentation, including REOs/BEOs • Assisting with overflow and administrative tasks to meet demand • Supporting on-site event execution when needed • This structure allows the Private Event Manager to remain focused on revenue growth, high-profile Associates will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor.
