Associates will respond positively to Managers/Supervisors' requests and maintain a professional appearance as per the employee handbook. Provide a single point of contact for planning and executing meetings and events for property employees and clients. Handle bookings in the scheduling system and maintain knowledge of the technology used at the center. Ensure all client specifications are met, including space configuration, setup, and food & beverage arrangements. Remain flexible with tasks, available after hours and on weekends as needed, and adapt to changing priorities.
