Since the change in the Commencement schedule to include three days of events (two Celebration Days on the Law Campus and the formal Commencement ceremony on the Hilltop), the event management piece is more complex and requires a sustained focus to ensure that we have enough staff volunteers to cover the entire weekend. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the event planning field is required.
