Special Events Planner

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events from contract execution through event completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are communicated clearly and executed flawlessly. Event Day Execution: • Act as the on-site lead and primary client contact during events. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements. • Coordinate with external vendors to confirm logistics and delivery timelines.
