• Service days (in conjunction with Director of Spiritual Life) • Additional summer duties may be assigned as needed. • Coordinate transportation, lodging, contracts, communication, and logistics. Operational & Logistics Coordination • Serve as the logistics coordinator for student initiatives across divisions • Ensure all event and program details are planned, communicated, and executed • Coordinate with facilities, athletics, administration, and external vendors • Lead or support operational projects such as: • Transportation • Use of space • Utilization of ARCC • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Development, or related field. • Experience in student programming, event planning, student leadership or other related experience • Ability to create clear systems, timelines, and processes that support consistent implementation • Experience supervising students, staff, and volunteers • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate student programs and events • Experience in managing large-scale campus events from concept to execution • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining quality • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive employee information with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
