The Trainee will have the unique opportunity to assist with on-site execution of various event management duties and day-to-day activities at each event. Who We’re Looking For • A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, and/or event management • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-1+ years of relevant experience, event or marketing experience a strong plus • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment • A strong attention to detail and interest in hosting events and guest experiences • Ability to handle multiple tasks and produce quality work within strict timelines • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) • A positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to contribute to team efforts with a “no job is too small” mentality • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
