This planner oversees the full event lifecycle, ensuring every meeting, from annual conventions to quarterly board retreats, runs smoothly, supports the association’s mission, and delivers meaningful value to members and stakeholders. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Coordination • Work with internal teams to integrate sponsor recognition into general sessions, signage, program books, mobile apps, and networking events. • Craft pre-event communications, confirmation details, mobile app content, and onsite check-in processes. • Strong understanding of association governance, volunteer management, and nonprofit event structures. • Proficiency with registration platforms, mobile event apps, CRM/AMS systems, and project management software.
