As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with senior event coordinators and managers to assist in the seamless execution of a wide variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
* Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
* Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
* Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
* Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.

### Qualifications

**Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
