Event Coordinator

THE ROLEThe Event Coordinator serves on the experience team and reports directly to the Experience Director. This is a vital role for someone passionate about both excellence in connections with congregants, employees, and customers wanting to use ACAC facilities for various purposes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCampus Hospitality and Facility Use Assist in creating a loving and welcoming presence for all who enter ACAC campus facilities. Work with facilities staff to ensure the campus/rooms are ready for the ministry and community events.Facility & Risk Management Schedule HVAC system or any other systems according to eSpace ministry needs.
