Event CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hospitality-driven Event Coordinator to support the achievement of sales and execution excellence at The Lawrence. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with Events Team to manage events from initial planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless guest experience.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in high-volume event planning, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for both corporate groups and high-profile clientele.Qualifications2years of high-volume event planning experience, preferably in hospitality or fine diningStrong background in event execution, guest relations, and staff coordinationExperience supporting menu development in collaboration with culinary teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly under pressureFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of events at The Lawrence, from initial planning to successful executionCollaborate with culinary teams on menu development and customization to meet client needs and create elevated experiencesLead and support pre-shift staff training and briefings, ensuring alignment on service standards, event details, and client expectationsPlan, organize, and execute all aspects of events including logistics, timelines, setup/tear down, and day-of oversightCoordinate with management, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operationsProvide exceptional hospitality to VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring a polished and professional experienceHandle day-of event administration including order placement, vendor coordination, and resolution of issues in real timeMaintain detailed event files, reports, and post-event evaluations to support continuous improvementPerform other related duties as assigned by managementThis position is classified as non-exempt under applicable wage and hour laws and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable regulations.At Cunningham Restaurant Group, we embrace diversity and uphold equal opportunities for all.
