Operational Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution at the restaurant, including but not limited to: coordinating with clients, managing event timelines, ensuring proper setup and breakdown, and overseeing staff during events. • Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
