Our client is looking for a talented and organized Event Planning & Coordination Manager to join their vibrant hospitality team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to manage event logistics remotely while also requiring on-site presence for critical event execution and client meetings. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of successful events, from corporate functions and conferences to social gatherings and celebrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, develop detailed event proposals and budgets, and source and manage vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainment, and technical support. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
