Overview: The Events & Rentals Coordinator at Arena Stage plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of events and the cultivation of client relationships. Responsibilities: • Assists in managing client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing information about Arena Stage's event spaces and services. • Supports the logistical aspects of event planning by maintaining event calendars, coordinating room reservations, and assisting with setup and breakdown checklists. This position will work approximately 24 hours per week on a schedule to be set with the Lead Manager of Events & Rentals.
