This position provides administrative and logistics support related to conventions, onsite meetings, pre- and post-event projects for the Meetings & Conventions team, as assigned by the Meetings, Conventions & Events Administrator. • Assist with housing/hotel tasks for assigned Kiwanis Family conventions and meetings to include VIP rooming lists, travel forms and other associated tasks. • Assist in developing other event, meeting and travel forms and associated tracking and reporting. Other requirements: • Experience working with volunteers a plus. • Some after-hours and weekend work may be requested to support meetings and conventions.
