Senior Conference Planner – Conference & Events (Full-Time) We are seeking an experienced Senior Conference Planner to manage high-volume meetings and events in a structured, professional conference environment. Compensation • Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 • Bonus tied to client satisfaction • Additional earnings based on a percentage of administrative fees • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned conference groups • Coordinate food & beverage, audiovisual, room setup, and event logistics • Lead pre-conference meetings and client walk-throughs • Manage banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure accuracy of event details • Support events on-site to ensure seamless execution • Communicate effectively with culinary, facilities, and operations teams • Monitor invoicing and ensure timely client payment • Participate in planning meetings and daily operational reviews Qualifications • 3+ years of conference planning or corporate event experience • Background in conference center, hotel, or corporate event environment preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience managing multiple concurrent events • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional presence and client-facing confidence • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules What We’re Looking For • Service-focused mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively • Calm, professional approach under pressure • Commitment to delivering high client satisfaction #post Charles Frede
