Temp Events Coordinator - Luxury Brand NYC

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator to join their team!

This is a 3 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of retail events from initial planning through completion.Provide administrative and logistical support, including budgeting, scheduling, and event coordination.Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure events stay on schedule.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support event logistics and execution.Maintain organized event documentation, spreadsheets, budgets, and project trackers.Assist with managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Event Coordination, PR Assistant or Client Associate experienceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong follow-through.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project coordination and administrative skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining spreadsheets and tracking budgets.Interest in luxury retail, fashion, events, and brand storytelling.Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
