Training Event Coordinator

We’re looking for a Training Event Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN to join our National Training Division. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in creating seamless training and learning events. As a Training Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our nationwide training programs by coordinating logistics, supporting instructors and participants, and ensuring each event runs smoothly. What You Bring • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, training administration, corporate events, or hospitality management. • Comfortable working with vendors, clients, and multiple teams.
