The Coordinator, Global Events supports the execution of Global Events, including Explorations, Universities, Global Leadership Conference, and Leadership Academies, with a focus on registration management, attendee experience, communications coordination, and operational logistics. This role works cross-functionally with Event Leads, MSC team members, and technology partners to ensure accurate registration data, seamless communications, and a high-quality attendee experience. Draft and compile event communication content (registration emails, updates, reminders) for Event Lead review, partnering with the MarComm team to ensure alignment with brand standards and messagingManage email distribution lists and execution through platforms such as Mailchimp or equivalent providersSet up and manage WhatsApp groups for events to support real-time attendee communicationPrepare templates in Canva for onsite communications and event useSupport inbound attendee communications, including dietary requirements and general event-related inquiriesPartner with Event Leads and MSC team to ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication to attendees
