Lead end-to-end planning and successful execution of assigned eventsBuild and manage event critical paths, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop, track, and reconcile event budgets and financialsOversee onsite and pre/post-event logistics, ensuring quality and accuracyManage, mentor, and guide support team members across projectsMaintain accurate documentation, reporting, and event filesDeliver exceptional client service through clear, professional communicationRespond to client and delegate queries within agreed timeframesEnsure compliance with event processes, systems, and standardsBuild and manage registration platforms, delegate data, and event technology toolsCoordinate payments, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processesContribute to proposal development, supplier sourcing, and destination knowledgeTravel for site inspections and onsite event delivery as required (6–10 trips annually)Other duties and tasks as assignedContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive It is the passion and dedication of our teams that keep the company on top of the industry ladder.
