Job description: Key Accountabilities... • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up events for The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and The Quail Rally, The Quail Motorcycle Gathering and The Quail Ride. • Lead hands-on planning and execution of high-complexity events, including online and/or on-site event delivery, directing teams and talent to ensure the seamless execution of the event agenda, including run of show and field management in collaboration with production teams.
