The Assistant Kitchen Manager is a master of all things event prep. On a daily basis, your job will include: Packing out all in-house items (FOH and BOH) for events including, but not limited to, props, paper goods, cater ware, chefs coats, dry goods and food. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. In our business, every part of the chain is a means to the end – the event – and your job is to keep things from falling through the cracks. Some parts of this job are solitary; the ideal candidate needs to be able to transition seamlessly between interacting with our event planners and clients to working alone on daily tasks.
