The Transportation and Business Development Program Manager is responsible for the Jibe Express bus service including service development,marketing and evaluation. Critically analyzes and synthesizes Jibe Express ridership and budget data; reports regularly on said items to ED, Board of Directors and contracted service operator Creates, develops and implements marketing campaigns to increase ridership and to improve rider’s experience Collaborates with other transit professionals to create transit routes and timetables Experience in budget management
