Prior experience in off premise catering or event planning and a passion for food is desirable. Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Bread Baker manages and oversees the production and the baking of all breads. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This is a full-time position.
