Personal Assistant -Household Manager

We are seeking a top-notch Household Manager/Personal Assistant with meticulous attention to detail to manage personal and household matters for a favorite client who has a young family and home in Los Altos Hills. The PA/HM will be responsible for most errands, appointments, google calendaring and coordination of business and personal dates with Office Executive Assistant of 15 years, personal shopping, travel planning and research and coordination for family vacations including packing and unpacking, event planning and coordination with an Event Planner for large events, vendor management and setting up maintenance schedule for the home, vehicle service maintenance including assure vehicles are cleaned, diaper bags are removed and restocked , and the PA should offer support as needed to the young family and parents. • Assist family with any and all needs • Manage vendors servicing the house as needed • Manage and maintain groceries and supplies for the house
