Provides administrative support for the management of the company. Supports
the company's management, purpose, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Provides administrative support for the company including, without
limitation, fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word
processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, printing, copying,
mailing, faxing, organizing, filing, writing correspondence, calendar
maintenance, event planning, travel planning, and so on.
